Thank you to our customers who use Megazone PoPs.

We would like to inform you of changes to the organization app and license usage features of Megazone PoPs.

The ability to add and manage apps and licenses at the organization level of Megazone PoPs will be sequentially discontinued.

These changes have been decided based on the future service subscription policy of Megazone PoPs.

In the future, SaaS Management-related functions of Megazone PoPs will be changed to be available in the form of a subscription in the workspace.

Accordingly, the app and license management functions of Megazone PoPs have been changed to be provided only in workspaces. Organizations will no longer have the ability to directly add or assign apps or licenses to the organization level, but will still be able to view all apps and licenses added to all workspaces within the organization.

The apps below will continue to work regardless of these changes.

The following changes will take effect on March 7, 2023.

• Add-on to the Organization App
  • App add-ons are no longer available in organizations. App add-ons are only available in workspaces.
  • The way you use workspace apps is the same as for organizations. However, workspace apps can only be used within the workspaces you add them to. Organizations can view apps being used across all workspaces within their organization.
  • Management features for organization apps added previously (before March 6, 2023) can still be used for the time being.

• Ability to add and manage organizational licenses
  • The ability to add and manage licenses in an organization is no longer available. Adding and managing licenses is only available in workspaces.
  • Adding and managing licenses in a workspace is the same as in an organization. However, workspace licenses can only be used within the workspace to which they are added. In an organization, you can view licenses in use across all workspaces in your organization.

The following features will no longer be available in the future, so you will no longer be able to use the organization app. The schedule for the discontinuation of the following features will be announced again as soon as it is confirmed.

• Organization App Lookup Feature Discontinued
• Discontinuing the ability to edit organization apps
• Discontinued provision of organization app assignment/retrieval functionality
• Organization App User Provisioning Feature Discontinued

Therefore, we recommend that you transfer the apps that were added to your organization as soon as possible so that you can use them in your workspace going forward.
