[Notice] Information on login issues for some Megazone PoPs services

These are Megazone PoPs.
On February 8, 2023, an issue occurred where you could not log in to some services using a Megazone account. We would like to inform you of the following.

Between 14:18 and 14:50 KST on February 8, 2023, B2C customers (basic organization users) of MegaZone accounts were unable to log in to HostingKR, MegaZone Customer Center, MCBP, and Digital Solution Partners.
This issue was caused by incorrect data being deleted during the migration process for your organization.
I performed a recovery operation immediately after deleting the data and it took a total of 32 minutes for the issue to be completely resolved.

Damage details
B2C customers (basic organization users) of MegaZone accounts were unable to log in to HostingKR, MegaZone Customer Center, MCBP, and Digital Solution Partners between 14:18 and 14:50 KST on February 8, 2023.
Root cause
This issue occurred during the process of manually handling the task of transferring the user's organization to the DB, not through the developed function.
In the process of removing app information used by users in their previous organization, app information used by B2C customers (basic organization users) was deleted.
Improvement Action Plan and Next Steps
First of all, we would like to apologize to all customers whose services were affected by this issue.
We will implement the following improvement measures to prevent this issue from recurring in the future.

- We will identify all tasks that are manually processed by directly querying the DB, prioritize them, and develop them into functions in stages.
- We will always double-check any manually processed tasks to prevent human error.
