💰Improved Invoice Linking Rules for Email Forwarding – Filter out noise, capture only accurate costs

We've enhanced invoice linking logic to exclude non-invoice emails from OCR processing, preventing unnecessary data noise and improving the accuracy of invoice-based cost records.
This ensures that only actual billing emails are analyzed, improving the precision of cost aggregation.

• Garbage data from promotional or notification emails can now be automatically filtered out via configurable linking rules.

• Only accurate cost data is captured—no more manual invoice reviews.

• You can define rules so only real billing emails are automatically extracted and processed.

🔎 Primary Department Assignment per App Instance – Make SaaS ownership and accountability clear across your organization

You can now assign a primary department to each app instance, allowing you to clearly document which team is responsible for operating each SaaS asset. This enables accurate departmental cost analysis and budget planning.

📊 License Grouping View – Instantly understand total owned quantities by app and plan

 

A new grouped view has been introduced to make it easier to understand license holdings.
Previously, licenses were displayed individually, making it difficult to understand total quantities and usage. Now, licenses are grouped by app or app+plan, so you can manage and compare usage more intuitively.

 

• View licenses grouped by app or app+plan combination.

• Additional purchases are now aggregated into the total, making it easier to understand holdings.

• Easily identify underutilized or redundant purchases and manage usage at a group level.

 

 

Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed, along with general minor fixes and stability improvements:
 

• Fixed an issue where a - was recorded in contract change history even when no changes occurred.

• Resolved an issue where delete/terminate dialogs in the contract list were not displaying.

• License panel updates now reflect changes in real-time without requiring a manual refresh.

• Resolved an issue where license IDs were not shown for app instances integrated via API.

• Improved minor UI and operational bugs to enhance overall stability.
