This PoPs update goes beyond simple feature improvements and includes a significant change shift to a way of managing SaaS assets centered around ‘actual usage rights (License)’.
Now offers a global-level management experience that allows anyone to define and operate SaaS in a more intuitive and flexible way and easily understand and utilize SaaS information through natural language-based queries and user-customizable settings .

🎫 Move to a license-centric SaaS management structure – Organize your SaaS assets based on effective usage rights!

PoPs has reorganized the entire structure to clearly define and manage the real asset called 'SaaS usage rights' as a license unit, breaking away from the existing contract/subscription-centered management method. SaaS usage rights, previously treated as a simple purchase item a tangible unit called 'license', and linked it to the core criteria of contracts, costs, and user flow.

Now you can organically connect your SaaS assets based on licenses and track and operate them with greater precision.

• You can clearly define your SaaS usage rights in 'license' units in your contract.
• Systematic registration is now possible based on the license agreement type (subscription, term, perpetual) in the contract, the new UI easily expresses even complex contract structures.

Complex condition searches can be performed without delay based on key conditions such as contract name, service, period, and amount, allowing for more precise and faster analysis of the company-wide SaaS contract and cost status.

Now, you can manage SaaS asset data more flexibly and precisely through the custom fields you create yourself.

A new feature has been added to set a representative time zone for each organization. The time standards that were previously applied individually for each function are now unified by organization, enabling more accurate and consistent SaaS asset management. In this release, the time zone set at the time of contract expiration and renewal notifications is reflected as the first step, enabling more accurate schedule management without time errors.

Easily identify users, apps, contracts, and cost information for your organization, and deliver or integrate in real time with external systems such as Slack and Jira.

PoPs has reorganized the Global Navigation Bar (GNB) in the admin console to make the menu structure more intuitive and accessible.
Now you can find key features more easily and quickly navigate to the menus you want.

Bug fixes

The following bugs have been fixed. Other minor bug fixes and stabilization work has been done.

• Fixed an issue where the 'See More' button was not exposed in the full user list in the App Instance Users tab.
• An issue where users would appear as external users when an administrator approved a request to use an app and then assigned an app instance has been resolved.
