• Managing app instance state
  You can efficiently manage unused app instances through 'inactive' state management and safely preserve them without data loss. This feature can reduce the burden of managing unnecessary app instances, improve data preservation and reusability, and enhance the stability and efficiency of work.
  
  

   

  Conditions for changing the state of an app instance

  - Active ↔︎ Inactive Toggle : You can activate or deactivate the app instance as needed. - Deletion Conditions : App instance deletion is only possible when it is in a disabled state. - Preserve data and settings : Keeps existing settings and assigned user data when disabled.

  Constraints in disabled state

  - Show Launcher / Chrome Extension : Shows as 'disabled'. - SSO restriction : SSO cannot be used when disabled. - App Instance Status: Inactive app instances are excluded when aggregating for the App and Workspace dashboards.

• Provide email notifications when workflow tasks fail
