Following the v1.70.0 release, this update focuses on optimizing cost management and improving operational efficiency. Enhancements have been made to help organizations easily identify redundant or unused SaaS assets, reduce unnecessary spending, and improve the visibility and reliability of contract, cost, and approval data.

You can now manage your SaaS operations with more accurate cost control, transparent contract history tracking, and instant access to detailed information.

PoPs will continue to evolve to help customers strategically optimize their SaaS usage based on data.

New Features

💰Improved Cost Optimization – Easily identify duplicate accounts and long-term inactive users

We've enhanced functionality to help you identify duplicate accounts and inactive users—key drivers of SaaS waste. You can now check app usage by user directly from the App and App Instance Dashboards and reclaim unnecessary licenses faster.

* Duplicate account detection: Identify users who are using multiple app instances with the same account and view detailed information from the filtered user list.

* Long-term inactive user detection: Identify users with no login activity or usage over a long period directly from the App/App Instance Dashboards and navigate to their details.

🔎 Filter for Invoice & Approval History – Focus only on actual SaaS expenses
 

You can now filter invoice and approval records to hide irrelevant information and focus solely on actual SaaS costs.

Previously, unrelated data cluttered the screen, requiring manual work to extract relevant cost information. Now, with powerful filtering, you can quickly access accurate billing data, improving financial analysis and reducing time spent on accounting and reporting tasks.

* Hide unnecessary data: Hide items unrelated to actual SaaS costs from invoice and approval lists.

* Efficient cost analysis: Analyze refined data faster and more accurately.

🎫 Contract Change History – Easily track who changed what and when

You can now view all contract changes in one place via the new “Change History” tab.

Whether it’s a license quantity update or a change in contract owner, all modifications are clearly tracked. Previously, understanding contract changes required comparing multiple documents; now, you can view all changes in chronological order within PoPs.

* Detailed change log: Records include the modified field, before/after values, timestamp, and editor.

* Filtering support: Search by modification date or editor.

* History storage: Keeps up to 100 of the most recent changes.

Improved features

🧩 Direct Links from Cost Items to Related Details – One-click access to contracts & licenses

From the cost list, you can now directly navigate to the linked contract or license detail page.

Previously, users had to search separately after viewing a cost item. Now, one click takes you straight to the related information, making it easier to review and take follow-up action.

* Direct access: Easily jump to contract or license pages from the cost list.

* Improved workflow: Reduces time spent navigating between related items.

Bug Fixes

The following bugs have been fixed, along with general minor fixes and stability improvements:

* Resolved an issue where app instance allocation types failed to load and caused infinite loading under certain conditions.

* Fixed a bug where workflows would error out if no target existed for execution.

* Corrected a typo in the license billing frequency field where "Monthly" was incorrectly labeled.
