This update includes enhanced capabilities that give customers more direct and proactive access to security and redundancy assessments, contract and cost information exploration, and usage diagnostics and analytics for their SaaS apps.

🔐 Provide app compliance information - Evaluate SaaS security and risks before deployment.

As SaaS usage proliferates, concerns about security breaches and regulatory risks are also growing.
PoPs integrate compliance certifications (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and security ratings (CSA-based) of each SaaS application into the app information screen.

💬 Natural language-based Claude MCP Server features provided (Beta) - Query data using natural language without accessing the administrator console

Customers can query the Claude-based MCP server in natural language, without having to directly access the management console, such as:

• What is the current state of SaaS usage?
• What are the expenses by department?
• When is the contract renewal date or how long is it remaining?

PoPs help customers increase access to data and enable non-experts to easily query and utilize complex information.

💳 Auto-loading of card-based charges (Beta) – Recurring payments, now automatically registered.

A feature has been added to automatically collect corporate card approval details and load them as expenses without separate input.

• You can automatically collect card details using scraping methods using public certificates.
• You don't have to manually register for SaaS recurring payments every time.
• Costs are registered per approval unit, so you can easily check detailed expenditure status.
• This update will support KB Card first.

Now you can automate recurring card payment registrations, reducing the hassle of expense management.

• The input process has become simpler, while supporting complex structures such as distribution contracts .
• You can reduce registration time by using automatic setup and default values feature for items that were repeatedly entered.
• The contract renewal/cancellation/history management functions have been improved , new payment method management function has been added.
• The contract timeline lets you see renewal dates and expiration schedules at a glance.

Now customers can easily and quickly register contract information and manage renewal schedules and history without missing a beat.

📥 Improved invoice analysis accuracy – extracts more formats more accurately.

PoPs' invoice analysis function has been improved based on multi-OCR, enabling it to accurately respond to more diverse types of documents.

• Reliably extract key information from a variety of vendor formats and scans.
• Recognition accuracy has been improved by running multiple engines in parallel rather than a single OCR.
• As accuracy increases, the amount of manual correction work has been greatly reduced.

Now customers can automatically process even complex invoice documents and improve the accuracy of their cost accounting.
