Users who do not use business email can sign up as business organization users. By signing up as a business organization user, you can use various SaaS utilized by your company together with your colleagues.

• In order to request to join a business organization, the domain of your business email must be registered with the organization.

Request to join

Request to sign up with your email account

1. Please access the Megazone PoPs login page.
   
   
2. On the login page, select the [Create Account] button to go to the account creation screen.
   
   
3. On the account creation page, enter your ID and select the organization you wish to join. If the organization you wish to join is not displayed, the email domain may not be registered with the organization, or the organization itself may not exist yet. In this case, please contact your company's general affairs team or IT department.
   
   
4. After entering all required information, please select the [Next] button.
   
   
5. Please check the inbox of the email sent to the ID you entered on the account creation page and select the [Email verification] button in the verification email.
   
   
6. Once your email has been verified, a request to join your organization will be sent to you.
   
   
7. Depending on the organization's membership mode settings, you may be able to join immediately without administrator approval, or you may be able to join after administrator approval.

Request to sign up with Google login

1. Please access the Megazone PoPs login page.
   
   
2. On the login page, select the [Log in with Google] button to go to the Google login page.
   
   
3. If you log in with your Google account on the Google login page, you will be taken to the service agreement page.
   
   
4. Please select the organization you wish to join, which is displayed on the service agreement page. If the organization you wish to join is not displayed, the email domain may not be registered with the organization, or the organization itself may not exist yet. In this case, please contact your company's general affairs team or IT department.
   
   
5. On the Service Use Agreement page, check the Google account you logged in to, select the terms you agree to, and then select the [Agree] button.
   
   
6. A request to join the organization is sent.
   
   
7. Depending on the organization's membership mode settings, you may be able to join immediately without administrator approval, or you may be able to join after administrator approval.
