Setting up Passkey
FollowPasskey and OTP are supported as two-step authentication methods. 'Passkey' allows you to log in to PoPs using biometric authentication such as fingerprints or face scans, or mobile phone screen lock (e.g. PIN). (However, only Passkey methods supported by the device you are using are supported.)
'2-step verification' is a function that allows you to manage your personal information more securely by requiring you to enter '2-step verification' in addition to your password to log in.
Here's how to set up Passkey:
- Please access the account management page .
- Go to the Security tab and click the Generate Passkey button.
-
Please scan the fingerprint registered on your device (PC or mobile phone).
You can also register facial recognition, patterns, I-PIN, etc. registered on your device through ‘Select other options’. - Click 'Confirm' to proceed to the next step.
- Enter an alias for your passkey.
- Click 'Confirm' to complete passkey creation.
- The generated passkey can be checked in the Security tab of the Account Management page.
If you no longer wish to use the two-step verification feature, please follow the instructions below.
