Organization Manager
The organization owner can designate an organization administrator. The organization administrator role includes system roles and custom roles. System roles are role presets that are provided by default to all organizations. Custom roles are roles that can be created by bundling permissions according to the organization's needs. Every workspace has one workspace owner. Except for the organization owner, only this user can delete the workspace or transfer ownership to another user.
-
Workspace Manager
Workspace address owners can designate workspace administrators. Workspace administrators can be assigned roles from the following, and one person can be assigned multiple roles.
- Super Admin: Granted all administrative privileges to the workspace except changing and deleting the workspace owner.
- Read-only administrator: Can view all management menus in the workspace, but cannot make changes.

Workspace Members
Workspace address owners and users added to a workspace by an administrator are considered workspace members. A user can belong to multiple workspaces. Workspace members can access the workspace site and use the apps assigned to them by the workspace.
Role in operating the app
-
App Owner
In a workspace, you can designate an app owner to be responsible for app operations. Users designated as app owners are granted the minimum permissions necessary to assign and operate apps. By default, when you access the Admin console, you can see a list of users, groups, and organizational units, and are granted view and management permissions only for apps for which you are designated as an app owner. If an app owner includes an assigner in the approval process for an app, the app owner is also responsible for assigning the approved app.
-
Approver
You can set up an approval process for apps in your workspace. Any user in your workspace can be designated as an approver. When you are designated as an approver for an app, you are given the authority to approve or deny assignment requests for that app.
