Integrating Figma with Web Scraping

Prerequisites

To integrate Figma user information through Web Scraping, the following is required:

• An administrator account for Figma.
• An Organization or Professional team plan.

Overview

By integrating Figma's Web Scraping, PoPs allows you to view Figma user information.

• Figma user’s name
• Figma user’s email
• Figma user’s profile
• Figma user’s last activity date and time
• Figma user’s permissions
  • For Organization plan, Figma user’s Design seat, Dev Mode seat, FigJam seat
  • For Professional team plan, Figma user’s Team permissions, Design seat, FigJam seat

Integrating User API with Figma App Instance

1. Log into the Megazone PoPs workspace management console with an administrator account.
   
   
   
2. Navigate to the [Integration] tab on the Figma app instance details page and click the [Connect] button under Web Scraping to select [New Integration and Connection].
   
   
   
3. When the Web Scraping integration dialog appears, enter the authentication information.
   • For authentication, input the Email and Password for the Figma administrator account.
     
     
4. For [Plan] and [Tenant] in the additional information, verify them with the following steps:
   1. Log into https://www.figma.com with an administrator account.
   2. Check the Tenant information and Plan information from the left menu for the integration.
      
      ※ If integration fails, please check the following:
      - Are you using an administrator account that meets the plan requirements for Web Scraping?
      - Are you entering the required Tenant information and Plan information accurately during integration?
      - Is two-factor authentication set on the Figma administrator account?

Once Web Scraping integration is complete, you can check Figma user information under the [User] tab in the Figma app instance.
