Access the Management Console

“How can PoPs know who is using which SaaS, how, and how much?”
First, add all users. Once you add users to PoPs , you can assign app instances to users. You can immediately check which SaaS apps are assigned to users, so you can easily check who is using which SaaS . You can easily manage users within the PoPs management console, eliminating the hassle of accessing the admin page for each SaaS
There are two ways to add users: manually or automatically.

If you want to manage users by dividing them into organizational units, you can use an organizational chart. If you configure an organizational chart, you can manage users by dividing them into organizational units, and you can also assign and release app instances by organizational unit, making it more convenient to manage when users are on/off-boarded. Workspace Management
A workspace is the basic unit for administrators to perform all tasks. A default workspace is set for an organization. . App Management
How do you check for duplicate usage of SaaS that provide similar functions? Or, how do you check for duplicate users? Most of the time, it is difficult to check and costs are wasted. Through app management in PoPs, you can immediately check the previously mentioned difficult-to-check areas and reduce wasted costs. In app management, an app refers to a SaaS app in use, and an app instance refers to one tenant in a SaaS app in use. For example, Slack is an app, and each Slack workspace used by multiple departments is an app instance.

Based on the contract or subscription information of SaaS, if you register a contract in PoPs, you can check the status, purchase items, and period of the contract. Once you register a contract, you can modify additional contracts or contract renewals in the registered contract, so there is no need to manage them manually. The renewal calendar also shows contracts that need to be renewed in calendar form, so you can immediately check which contracts are due for renewal and when.

Add invoice
Most SaaS allow you to freely change plans, number of seats, etc. after saving payment information. Therefore, if you receive an invoice with a different amount than the initial usage plan, you must check with the user directly or access the management page on the homepage every time and manually manage the changes. - Upload via mail forwarding : If you forward an email with an invoice file attached to the specified email address, the contents of the attached file will be analyzed and the invoice will be automatically registered.
